Speech platform

Speech platform is an innovative project implemented within the framework of "Skolkovo", and purporting to create a universal instrument for construction of voice dialogue interfaces.

The existent solutions on the speech technologies market rely as a rule on quality of speech recognition and synthesis but are not focused on quality of dialogue in general. The dialog quality depends on the most efficient achievement of desired result of human-machine voice interaction. The task of using a dialogue context for improvement of recognition quality also remains unresolved.

Solution of the problem of dialogue quality improvement lies in the area of integration of voice solutions and a dialogue support function into a single technological platform as well as in unification of databases used by them into single knowledge bases.

That is why our company has been actively working to create systems and technologies, which would be able to:

• Significantly increase quality of voice dialog results of compared to the existent analogues;
• Provide developers with more convenient and efficient way for construction of voice interfaces for their applications and solutions;
• Ensure a convenient access through a single interface to technologies of various suppliers of speech recognition and synthesis engines, providing an opportunity to select an option, which is most suitable for specific functional tasks and business-models.

Our platform combines the in-house registered dialogue engine and ASR and TTS technologies of outside suppliers. Such integration enables to implement support of not only accurate recognition of voice stream or generation of voice phrases, but also voice dialogue as a whole, as well as work with in-house and outside knowledge bases, which significantly improves quality of dialog results and operation of voice interfaces.

The project offers a user-friendly interface, which allows to easily and conveniently create an intelligent dialogue, compliant with any requirements of developers.
