Bank customers often need to find an ATM or a bank branch promptly. As a rule they call their bank but get stuck in a complicated cumbersome menu which they have to get through before they get connected to the operator to explain a purpose of their call. Due to innovative technologies of speech synthesis and recognition, a dialog between a customer and the system becomes natural and thus easy and efficient. A customer shall pronounce the name of a point of reference, for example, an underground station or a street, and get in response a list of bank branches or ATMs, proximal to this point of reference as well as information on them: addresses, working hours, offered services etc. It is noteworthy, that all this takes 1 minute at most!
