S2S Next joint with Sitronics company have developed an innovative solution OfficeVox – a system of automatic voice inbound calls routing. The system is based on an interactive dialog interface and provides functionality of inbound calls navigation, the caller’s connection to the company’s staff or leaving them a message in case of their absence, access to the company’s current information.

The main advantage of the solution is integration with innovative speech technologies – speech synthesis and recognition which make the dialog natural and simple. The system processes more than 300 calls a day including up to 4 simultaneous calls, performs 5000 employees database search and is multilingual. It works in two modes: day (during working hours) and night (during non-working hours) and provides a flexible dialog scenario. The system has received numerous positive reviews from Sitronics employees, clients and partners.
